No. Bar Date estimates deadlines to file an injury lawsuit and, where covered, to notify a government agency about a claim. These are estimates, not legal advice or a final deadline decision. Keep using your usual case calendar. High-stakes cases require review and approval by your own lawyer before you add dates to it.

The paid plan includes unlimited deadline checks for supported states and case types, calendar downloads only for cases not flagged for lawyer review, and draft summaries for your lawyer when available. Lawyer review is not included. Paying does not unlock calendar downloads for flagged cases; they stay blocked on every plan.
? What if my state or type of injury case is not covered?
Bar Date returns no deadline estimate when your state or case type is not in its data. Ask a lawyer to determine the deadlines instead — upgrading does not fill gaps in coverage.

Calendar downloads stay blocked for flagged cases on every plan. Take the estimates, linked laws, and any available review memo to your own lawyer. Get their review and approval before adding dates to your own calendar. Bar Date does not contact a lawyer, record approval, or unlock flagged downloads after review. ? Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel your subscription any time from your Stripe portal.
